Drybaby, Inc. Community Guidelines
Last Updated: October 1, 2025
1. Introduction
Welcome to Drybaby, a social networking platform dedicated to fostering meaningful, alcohol-free socializing through personal profiles, photo sharing, messaging, group chats, and third-party or user-hosted event postings (collectively, the “Service”), accessible via our mobile application, website, or other platforms (collectively, the “Platform”). These Community Standards (“Standards”) outline the expected behaviors and content to ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all users.
By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Standards, our Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination. We reserve the right to update these Standards at any time, with changes effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Standards.
Our Mission: To create a vibrant, alcohol-free community where users can connect, share, and participate in sober social experiences with respect and authenticity.
2. Core Principles
Drybaby’s community is built on the following principles:
- Respect and Inclusivity: Treat all users with kindness, empathy, and dignity, embracing diversity in race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or background.
- Safety: Prioritize the well-being of the community, both online and at in-person events, by fostering a harassment-free environment.
- Alcohol-Free Commitment: Uphold our mission by avoiding any promotion or discussion of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
- Authenticity: Be genuine in your interactions; misrepresentation undermines trust.
- Positive Engagement: Share content and conversations that inspire, support, and align with alcohol-free socializing, such as hobbies, wellness, or community events.
3. Acceptable Behavior
We encourage behaviors that strengthen our community, including:
- Sharing authentic, positive content in profiles, messages, photos, videos, group chats, and event postings.
- Engaging respectfully in group chats and event discussions, even when opinions differ.
- Posting or attending alcohol-free events that promote sober socializing (e.g., coffee meetups, outdoor activities, or workshops).
- Reporting violations promptly to help maintain a safe environment.
4. Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment and Bullying: Targeted abuse, including unwanted messages, threats, intimidation, or derogatory remarks based on protected characteristics (e.g., race, gender, religion).
- Hate Speech: Content or actions promoting discrimination, hostility, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, nationality, or other protected traits.
- Threats or Violence: Advocating, glorifying, or threatening physical harm, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activities.
- Sexual Misconduct: Sharing or soliciting explicit content, engaging in predatory behavior, or attempting to exploit minors. While Drybaby is not a dating platform, respectful personal connections are permitted; exploitation is not.
