1. Introduction
Drybaby, Inc. (“Drybaby,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our social networking application, which facilitates alcohol-free socializing through features such as messaging, personal profiles, image sharing, group chats, and third-party or user-hosted event postings (collectively, the “Service”), accessible through our mobile application, website, or other platforms we provide (collectively, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Service, whether you are a registered user or a visitor.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must not use the Service. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
Drybaby is not a dating service but fosters alcohol-free socializing, and users may form personal connections at their discretion.

- Payment Information: If we introduce a subscription service or paid features in the future, we may collect payment details (e.g., credit card information) through third-party payment processors (e.g., Apple, Google, or Stripe). We do not store payment information directly.

- Analytics and Advertising Partners: Data from third-party analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) or advertising networks to improve the Service or deliver targeted advertisements.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, improve, and promote the Service, including:
- Operating the Service: To create and manage your account, facilitate messaging and group chats, display your profile, enable participation in third-party or user-hosted events, and provide customer support.
- Personalization: To tailor content, such as recommending alcohol-free events, group chats, or connections based on your interests, location, or usage patterns.
- Communication: To send you updates, notifications (e.g., event RSVPs or group chat activity), or responses to your inquiries, including push notifications (with your consent).
- Analytics and Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, troubleshoot issues, enhance the functionality, improve accessibility, and optimize the user experience of the Service.
- Advertising: To deliver targeted advertisements, either directly or through third-party partners, based on your interests, behavior, or location on the Platform.
- Safety and Security: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines, monitor for inappropriate content, and protect the safety of our users.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or legal requests, such as responding to subpoenas or law enforcement inquiries.
- Research: To conduct internal research or develop new features, using anonymized or aggregated data where possible.

- Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time by using the platform settings (Profile/Settings/Delete) or by making a request at team@drybaby.co. We will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes (e.g., fraud prevention or record-keeping).
- Push Notifications: You can disable push notifications through your device settings or the Platform’s settings.
a. Residents of All U.S. States
As Drybaby operates across all U.S. states, you may have additional rights under state-specific privacy laws, such as those in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah. These may include rights to access, delete, or opt out of certain data sharing. To exercise these rights, contact us at team@drybaby.co, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
b. California Residents (CCPA Rights)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the following rights:

Any photo or video including a minor will be removed.
We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws. Parents or guardians may contact us to review or delete their child’s information.

Drybaby is committed to ensuring the Service is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
